XP fax install problems

I am trying to set up faxing in Windows XP Professional. I do not have the XP Professional cd-rom, as it was already installed on my computer. I have tried to locate the file (fxsapi.dll) and have also looked for it as (fxsapi.dl_). It is just not on my
computer. I have run windows update. Can anyone help me?

I have it in:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3

It's ~440KB, so if you can't find it anywhere I could probably E-mail it to
you.

I have it in:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
