When I plug it into my USB port, Windows recognizes it as
1 of 4 different devices.
1. USB device then USB mass storage device
When this happens I get an error msg. and the device
doesn't work.
2. USB device then unknown device
When this happens I get no errors but the device doesn't
work.
3. C-100/D-370 then USB mass storage device
When this happens I get an error msg. and the device
doesn't work.
4. Olympus D-370 USB device then disk drive
When this happens it works.
The camera is supposed to show up as a removable hard
drive in My Computer. The camera installs as one of
these four devices apparently at random. I've plugged
the camera into other computers and it works everytime.
I have other USB devices installed on this computer and
they work fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
