Yes, winxp supporst dual monitors. I have dual monitors.
The AGP port shares irqs with PCI slot one so that the S3
card should occupy slot 1. However, if I remember
correctly, S3 has had a history of not supporting shared
irqs and a history of being unable to support dual
monitors. Try another pci card instead of the S3 just as
a test.
