wireless network card/ memory parity error

Installing either Linksys 11b or Belkin 54g wireless PCI card into Windows
XP gives memory parity error and causes hardware failure until card removed,
then works fine. Card installs fine in another computer running Win98. Any
thoughts?

Bad PCI slot? Wrong PCI resources, or memory clock config in BIOS?
