mmc.exe not installed

Where could I get the mmc.exe for win XP, is it the 2.0
or 1.1a version?

It comes with WinXP itself. It is 2.0

Ok, where do I download that... Earlear I did a search
for it and found it but it wasnt for Win 98 I think. I
did a search recently but couldnt find it.

MMC 2.0 is not available for download as it is already part of WinXP.

Are you looking for Win 98? MMC 2.0 is not available for Win 98. But MMC 1.2

My problem is that mmc.exe didnt install when I installed
Win XP, there must be a scratch on the disk there or
something, as you can tell this is extremely annoying as
I cant access 1/2 of the programs that come with windows.
Any idea if there is any way I could get it on my comp, I
know a fresh install wouldnt work because this happened
on both my comps... its obviously the CD.

NVM I got a friend to send me theirs and everything works
