Talk to Seagate if you didn't receive a CD, usually it's
more of a new HD install/OS prep disk for the Win9x
family with the capability to transfer your OS, files and
Etc. the new drive, they should should have provided it
to you.

Isn't this true only for the retail version? It is for the drives I've
bought
but I've never bought a Seagate. And I don't know what the O.P.
has. And I was considering buying 2 S ATA Seagate drives.

Go to the Seagate site
http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/drivers/discwiz.html and download the
Disk Wizard to transfer your OS from any drive to a Seagate drive.
