trying to re load microsoft office xp

my computer harddrice crashed and i have had to re
install everything..i am doing microsoft office xp at the
moment..it has accepted the install of disc
5 ...microsoft publisher but refuses to load disc 1
words excel..it says invalid key..what can i do ..i have
re checked etc and it refuses still
