Windows Update Q817217

I've tried many times to install this update, without success. I've turned
off both the firewall and the antivirus software. The result is always that
"the item failed to install". Any ideas? Did anyone successfully install
this update?

Thanks for the suggestion. Renaming Catroot2 did the trick.
