Folders in the explore

Hi... I am curious is it necessary to have in the explore
under the following ... My Computer >> Documents and
settings >>> All Users and the name that i gave for my
computer folder.... Do i need to have All Users
folder ??? Can i delete All Users folder ???

Yes, you need it. No, you shouldn't delete it. For example, some programs
will look for and use that folder when they are installing.
