copy / paste a file

I would like to copy and paste a word file to a chat
forum/ an internet site. Is this possible?

Hi Pam,

To copy the Word document to the clipboard, do the
following:
Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C
To paste the contents of the clipboard to your text box
such as in your chat program:
Ctrl+V

Once you copy the contents of the Word document to the
clipboard, you should be able to paste them into any
container such as a text box. However, it depends what the
target container is capable of displaying. For example, a
edit box may not be able to content such as inline images in the
document. Such content can be displayed only if the text box
is a RichEdit Control.
