Hi Casey,
WinCVS is an emulation program, is that correct? And the
issue that you are experiencing is related to a child
window within this emulator? I haven't used this
application but if the titlebar, that is missing, is for
a window within the emulator, the environment is under
different conditions from Windows. This is a Microsoft
Windows newsgroup, designed for Microsoft Windows related
issues.
You may be able to get a better response from the
developers of the emulator. Sounds like an interesting
issue, but I haven't used this application, haven't
installed it and probably won't in the near future. This
could be so for most of the people that frequent here.
