This is tricky.
If you have an OEM version of the CD or a recovery disk
(normally distributed by OEM's) then you probably won't
have the ntbackup utility. You need to contact your OEM
to arrange something.
If you have an retail version of Windows XP Home, then
you can use the following article to get the backup
utility.
