System Restore Error

I updated my XP install and when all was done my system
restore does not launck, I receive the following error:

rstrui.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll.


How can I fix this?
