my network does not work anymore

Please help.

I used to have a working network, but somehow it does not
work anymore and i get reports that i do not have rights
to access the other computers. I recently installed Norton
Internet security and virusscanner. I also tried to use
another computer for sharing ADSL-internet, which also
failed. How can i repair?

Have you checked your link/IP settings etc are correct?
