View Full Version : Wireless keyboard

I am running WinXP HE and have a wireless keyboard and mouse. I recently
upgraded my CPU from an Athlon 1.4 to AthlonXP 2.4 which entailed the
installation of a new motherboard.
I was informed by a Microsoft Support Engineer that this installation
would more than likely require me to reinstall WinXP, but in the event,
it didn't, though the OS had to be reactivated.

I am not certain if it is a coincidence, but I am now having a problem
with the cursor and tab key in that they are loathe to move when the
appropriate key is pressed. I have installed new batteries in both the
mouse and keyboard, but the problem, though not ever present, keeps
recurring, especially in 'Word'

Has anyone any previous experience of this problem, and if so, is there
a cure?
