Hello Tony

What you can do is to use a CROS-OVER PATCH CABLE and
make sure file and print sharing is enabled on both pc's ok Make sure
both pc's have a network card installed

It needs to be a USB to USB connection 'device' which is more than a
simple cord and contains power isolation as well as a logical cross
over. I have one from Belkin, Belkin direct connect, and there are
others (eg from Laplink). With the Belkin you install (at both ends)
the drivers that come with it, and then in New hardware you can add a
device - Network Adapters - and find this being offered. Once done, you
set up a Network LAN connection to use it, in Network Connections
