Changing an all-in-one product

I bought a new dell computer in Dec. I had a Cannon Multi-
pass that was not compatiable. Recently I purchased a
Lexmark 125. I tried to unistall the Canon and It still
shows up and I can't install the Lexmark software. It is
really messing with the computer. What do I do?

Hello

Remove printer software from pc, go to either printer website
and make sure you have the latest drivers and then try to re-install
and lets see what happens.
