Some games/programs i use require the presing of several
keys at once for a period of time. However XP stops
accepting input and starts beeping until you let go of
the buttons. Is there anyway to fix this so that the
buffer does not fill like this?

Yes there is, but XP brought up the application to stop it automatically
when I had the same problem with using the shift keys as flippers in a
pinball game. I have no idea what it is called or where to find it.

James:
Two places you might look in Control Panel...
Keyboard > Speed
Accessibility Options > Keyboard
Adjusting the settings in one or both of these areas may give you the
desired results.
