Can't Watch DVD

I do have two computers 1 Desktop and Laptop. I upgraded
the Desktop from XP HOME to XP PRO, but I can't Watch
DVD. Also, I upgraded my Laptop from Win ME to Win 2k and
I can't watch either a DVD Movie, Please anybody help

Windows does not come with DVD decoder software. You must install a third
party app such as PowerDVD in order to watch DVDs with either version of
Windows XP.
