I have a Qlogic 2100 adapter card, which is no longer
supported by its manufacturer, and it is therefore
impossible to obtain a driver for Win XP.
On the other hand, the said adapter can successfully be
used under Win XP... as long as its driver is installed
within a running XP setup.
The problem is that XP refuses to use this driver during
a "FRESH INSTALL" and pressing F6 to add this driver to
the XP setup simply forces its lecture but XP refuses to
load it most likely because it is written for Win2K.
Any solution to render this driver usable during the XP
setup will be greatly appreciated!
