You have Windows 98, which is one Operating System. UNIX is a different
operating system, that runs on different computers (Linux is an operating
system that resembles UNIX, and would probably run on your computer, but
that is a very complex process).

Bottom line: Word Perfect for UNIX is useless for your Windows 98 machine.
You either need a copy of Word Perfect for Windows OR access to a UNIX box
(however, just based on the phrasing of your question, this is not likely to
be the preferred method for you...). Alternatively, you could use a
different program, like Microsoft Word, or Microsoft Works, or any other
word processing software for Windows.

Hello

That's pretty much up to you, but Unix is a little different OS, so
Win XP would be a better choice for you

Another in the seemingly endless string of nonsense posts
from Alvin. Why would XP be a better choice for the
OP if she's trying to run WP for Unix???
