Crashing/ stop errors

I Have xp professional upgraded from pre installed home.
Computer crashes to blue screen stop errors:

Page_fault_In_Non Paged_area
Stop: 0x00000050,0xd5df123c3.0x000000
Stop: 0x0000007F,0x00000000

Tryed Formating fresh install, accidentlly,lost pre
installed home, can't recover, niether recovery disk
work, can only install xp pro, my compaq only came with
restore disk when bought new, so don't have xp home
install disk: compaq presario 5420us
athalon xp 1700
80 gig hd: Master
3.0 gig hd slave
512 ram
Please help
