i am trying to install norton antivirus and firewall but
a message sayin that my installer is not installed
properly how can i fix this or get around it please

Hello

What about removing the norton's anti virus from your pc, and then try
installing the Firewall, also can you just install nortons's alone and
does the
error message come up when you install both or one, One more thing
what OS are you running
