Click on Start/Search and do a search on the *.exe that is
in the PREFETCH folder and delete the Prefetch entry
ONLY. Don't delete the Prefetch folder or the *.exe. For
example, if you were having a problem with Pacman.exe then
you would go into the Prefetch folder and delete the
Pacman.pf file. There will be no ill effects.
