copied file to cd-rw disk

Copied file to cd-dw disk, can not upload file to older
cpu system. Does not recognize disk. Old system is
maxtech mx3000 pc. Is it not compatible?

The problem is not with the Older system but with the older CD-Drive. Older
CD Drives could not read CD-RW Disks. They could read regular CD-R disk,
but not the CD-RW. You will have to re-burn the files to the regular CD-R
disk to copy it to the older system.
