Expiring password

Is there a way to permanently set the password? I don't
want to eliminate the need to enter the password each
time, I just don't want to have to change it every 30+
days.

Go to Start, select run, type in "compmgmt.msc" without quotes click on
local user & groups then users, right click
your user name, select properties, tick the box that says password never
expires.
