Installation XP Home

I have a pc that won't install Xp home, During the
installati9on process I get errors saying that files cant
be copied, I press enter to retry and it seems to
continue, this may happen several time during
installation, them at the end i get the blue screen of
death, I reboot and the installation restarts from the 35
minutes mark and so we cycle through this loop, Any ideas
as I'm stuck now. I have swapped the CD-Rom and the Hard
Drive ove but no effects, The system is not clocked. The
Pc is has the following, Maxtor 20Gb Hdrive, 766Mhz
Celeron Processor, 128Mb Sdram, S3 Trio Video Card,
Gigabyte GA-6VM7A+ Motherboard, Floppy and CD rom drive

Assuming this is not an install from a copied CD then return your XP Cd for
an exchange for another one.
