Accessing hidden folders

Darn! None of that stuff seems to have worked.

My computer had to have some kind of recovery done on it,
beause some driver was disabled, and when it was working
again the user names were gone. Does this mean the
folder is definitely gone or is there still some way to
access it? And also, when I go to Properties of the
folder it says it is 0 bytes. I don't know if this is
because nothing is in it anymore, or because it's hidden.

When you view the properties, what does the security tab say? When you =
click the 'Advanced' button on the security tab, then select the 'Owner' =
tab, what does it say?
