whenever i start run IE, it will pop-up the window and display the following
message to force me to close IE :

失敗的應用程式 iexplore.exe，版本 6.0.2600.0，失敗的模組 ntdll.dll，版本
5.1.2600.0，錯誤位址 0x00002cd0。

i can't reinstall the IE now, does anyone can help me??

Open Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
View > Encoding > Unicode (UTF-8)
