Recently, I bought a mobile-disk 64MB USB device. When I
plug it into the USB drive, I get an "unknown device"
error. The manufacturer's user guide says I do not need
any drivers for it. It doesn't show up as a storage device
or anything. I tried it both in a USB 2.0 port as well as
1.1 port. I do have a HP photosmart printer that has a
card reader which shows up as a storage device. Is it
conflicting with this?
