Cant open

Just last week,I have had trouble opening my E-Mail
because OE has started Blocking all attachments and some
Email saying unsafe to do so. I have XP 2000. With it
came Freedom,and I also have Nortons which I just Renued
and got all upgrades. Do I need both of them and dose
having both cause a conflict? Is my problem elseware?Now
it takes forever to load my E-mail alsn Help and thanks

In OE.... Tools... Options.... Security... uncheck "do not allow attachments
to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".... and apply.
