Hey, I'm having a hard time deleting files that the
system says they're write-protected. They're a .dll and
an .exe from some cyber-spammer named Xupiter, and they
came out of God-knows-where. What can I do?

I believe that 'Ad-Aware' 6 should be able to remove the Xupiter software.
Xupiter is not a single person but seems to be a advertising company. Some
web sites will automatically install "spy-ware" programs and Xupiter falls
into that category.

Hello
Some DLL files are used by your OS and should not be removed
and if you need to remove programs you should do it from the add/remove
icon in the control panel. They maybe a program called Xupiter installed
on your pc which can be removed from the control panel/ add/remove
ok. But becareful

First you need to stop it from loading, goto Start>Run:msconfig and see
what you can remove, then snag Ad-Aware. :)
