meade binoculars

I have the Meade camera binoculars. I can't get it to
work in windows XP. I called meade and they tried but
said it was a XP problem. The Ulead Photo Express loads
but when I try to aquire the pictures from the binoculers
I get Error ingetting the twain data source. We have
checked the device manager and everthing says that the
drivers are working properly. Anyone got any Ideas
