Hotfix in KB 818134

Can anyone point me to the download link of the hotfix
described in KB 818134(The %HOMEDRIVE% Environment
Variable Does Not Point to the Partition That Hosts the
User Profiles)?

[This is my first time trying MS Online support and after
inputting my windows xp pid, I was told I had already
reached maximum number of support incidences. I bought my
windows xp from my school at under $30.]

The only way to acquire the hotfix is to contact Microsoft Support.
Give them a telephone call. You won't be charged if the hotfix is
applicable to your problem.
