Folder Notification

Is it possible to set up a folder on a network so that
when something is added to that folder by one user,
another user is notified?

Only if you want to write a program. Explorer does it (but so it gets =
notified so it can refresh it's display). Perhaps auditing can help. But =
you'd have to read the log.
