I have Sapphire ATI Radeon 9700 pro graphics card,
attached to my gigabyte GA-8INXP motherboard, but Im
having problem.
Suddenly my system stops responding, then when I restart
my PC, and send the error message to MICROSOFT, i got
this summary report from Microsoft, saying "ERROR ON
GRAPHICS CARD DRIVER" but my graphics card driver is the
latest version I obtain from ATI, Is there anyone can
help me?

What is the exact version of your driver?

The AGP 8X problem with Intel E7205 based motherboards such
as the Gigabyte GA-8INXP and Asus P4G8X is well known. The
problem is reported on the Usenet frequently in conjunction
with the ATI 9700. There are two known workarounds.
Workaround #1: Set the AGP in the bios to 4X. I doubt that
you will see any performance difference between 4X and 8X.
Workaround #2. If your ATI driver lets you turn off "fast writes",
try that instead of switching to 4x. "Fast writes" is apparently
implemented using the AGP Prefetch Cache feature of the E7205
which according to Intel does not work reliably.
Here is a reference to the problem as documented by Intel.
