XPro refuses to let me, as a Lowly User, open up timedate.cpl to see the
calendar. It complains about me not having privilege level to set (or see)
the System Time.
As Admin, I have given Lowly User "Full Control" of timedate.cpl,
however Lowly User can still not see the calendar. How to fix this?
