settings.rate

Sir,

I am facing a problem of settings.rate in WMV version 7
and the OS is WIN98. I am using java script to pass the
settings.rate

It works if the rate of play is passed to the script is
more than 1.

But it is not showing any effect if the speed is between 0
and 1.

But the same code works fine in WMPXP version 9.

Can i expect help?
