HELP ....iexplorer error

When i start iexplorer i get this message:

iexplore.exe - Application Error

the instruction at 0x5c2d622c referenced memory at
0x5c2d622c. The memory could not be read

I have the same problem. Can't open more thatn one MS application. Get the same error message. Have you had any ueseable advice?
