I have a USB Intel cs330 PC camera and a USB Cannon N670U scanner.
Both work perfectly but only the Intel camera shows up in the XP Scanner &
Camera wizard.
How can I use this wizard with the scanner?

Your scanner is being managed by the Canon software/drivers instead of by
WIA. The manufacturer software is usually much more full featured than the
Scanner & Camera Wizard. If your scanner is WIA compliant, removing the
Canon software will set everything up via the Windows interface. Not a
choice most people make but...

Some, but not all, scanners are compliant with both twain and WIA. For
example, when I work from Photoshop the Acquire menu offers both the HP
ScanWizard and HP WIA options for my scanner. 9 times out of 10 I will opt
for the ScanWizard because of the extra features it allows me. ScanWizard is
pretty basic software but it's still has more choices in it for resolution,
image format and so on.
