Scanner Camera Wizard Stopped Working

When I plug in my dig camera it doesn't give me the pop-
up program list options where I can pick the scanner
camera wizard. I can of course access the camera as if
it were a hard drive etc.
How can I set XP (regedit or what ever) to auto give me a
choice of what program I want to handle a device, such as
a camera or scanner like XP normal does?

When the camera is plugged in, right-click its icon & select =
'properties'. Click the 'AutoPlay' tab and make your selections there.
