What's ClientSideProxy.exe?? Help!

[HELP!]

Hello,
I was wondering if I should let ClientSideProxy.exe access the Internet?
ZoneAlarm keeps asking me that and I don't know what to do. I'm using
Windows XP and my ISP is MSN.
