Error 0x800A1391

I get this error when I try to access the Windows Update
site. This is a recent thing as I usually go to the
update site about once a month with no problem. I have
no idea what is meant by "When you use a Visual Interdev
data command" . I'm no dummy, but this one has me
stumped. Karl L.
