Is your FSB speed set to 400 in the BIOS or are you trying the 455 setting?
Do you have anything attached to the Firewire port?
Have you checked the hard drive for bad sectors? Time consuming, I know,
but it is something you may want to kick off tonight before you go to bed.

No my FSB is set to 400. Ill check the bad sectors angle
but I don't think that is the problem. Forgot to add
earlier that when it crashes on games it comes back as an
unknown device driver error (along with the minidump).
This is deffinately getting frustrating.

earlier that when it crashes on games it comes back as an
unknown device driver error (along with the minidump).
