On reboot or start-up the icons in the lower right hand
corner of the taskbar load as follows: First a Dell
diagnotic tool symbol and the symbol for the dual
monitor. Then it takes about 90 seconds to as much as two
minutes for the others to show up. The others are: virus
icon and messenger symbol etc, all those for programs in
use. The theme, shortcut icons for programs and recycle
bin load quickly in the main window. But there is an
unusual delay of those icons or symbols that confirm
internet connections. Any suggestion or solutions to
