Upon start-up my laptop gave me the following error
msg: "XP couldnot start due to the missing HAL>DLL
file. Please reinstall and reboot."
Unfortunately, we have also lost drive C:. When we use a
start-up disk, Drive C becomes the virtual drive, and the
CD Rom remains Drive D. How can we restore this file if
we can't find Drive C?
