Error Message

I get the following message when I connect to Bridge
Channel, which is a reuters product.

Fatal Error
java.lang.NullPointerException-null

If you notice the upper case letters are in the center of
the message. No one seems to recognize this message.

Do you have the Java console from Sun installed? I do not get this error when I
connect to Bridge Channel, I don't go through the password process. There is a newer
Java Console on Sun's site:
