Creative Web Cam

my creative web cam was working now i cant take a picture
or video clip with it and creative says i need some sort
of "chipset driver" for windows xp and i have no idea
where to find it or what it is or what they mean

You should be able to go to there website and look-up
that product and find the drivers for it ok. try going to also
type and modle of webcam that you have
