FLOPPY PROBLEMS

while trying to create a boot disk from bootdisk.com, I
keep getting the same message "disk error on track 0,
head 0 error in reading" if I click ignore it comes back
the same except now it says track 0 head 1 and so on

how old are your disks its sound like theres a problem with your floppy
