Right-Click & Shared

I have Tweak UI for Windows, but that does not cover what
I need.

Is there any way to make a group after you right-click?
Let me explain: when I right-click, there is about 4
options for WinRAR, and I want to make a group (like Send
To) that says WinRAR and then have the options in that.
Is there any way to do that?

Also, is there a way to make the "Shared Folder" icon not
have a hand under it?

Any programs or ways available to take care of those?
